There is no service on dates that are in the calendar base colour (such as any date in February or November). Train services will resume on Sunday 28th March 2010. Click on the date of your visit for timetable and fare information.

- A gathering of vintage vehicles on road and rail.
- August 28th, 29th and 30th — Branch Line Experience
- Experience life on a country branch line in the days of steam.
- September 25th and 26th — Railway at War
- Travel back to the 1940s and see the Railway's role in World War II. Re-enactments, battles, NAAFI, flypast and more.
- October 30th and 31st — Hallowe'en Ghost Train
- For one night only, ghosts have taken over the Railway. You may also visit on Sunday during daylight hours.
- December 4th & 5th, 11th & 12th, 18th & 19th, and Friday 24th — Santa's Special Trains
- Children receive a gift from Santa, plus seasonal refreshments for all.
- December 27th 2010 and January 2nd 2011 — Mince Pie Specials
- Take in the crisp country air and enjoy a relaxing ride on the train with seasonal refreshments.
Former Events
- June 6th — Formerly Classic and Sports Car Show
- Event will not be held in 2010. Normal Steam service; Peak Timetable in operation.
- Day Out with Thomas — formerly held on two or three weekends each year
- Thomas the Tank Engine has been told to rest in his shed by Sir Topham-Hatt, the Fat Controller while his boiler is being repaired. Ivor the Engine will be visiting instead.
